Employment & Labour Law

Advising employers and employees on the full spectrum of workplace legal issues — employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance processes, termination and redundancy, representation before the National Labour Commission, and post-employment obligations.

06

Family Law & Estates

We provide sensitive and discreet legal counsel across the full range of family law matters, including divorce, matrimonial property, child custody, adoption, and maintenance proceedings. The firm also advises and represents clients in the preparation and execution of wills, estate planning, and the administration of deceased estates, ensuring that a client's assets and final wishes are protected and given full legal effect.
