NUHELA SEIDU ESQ.

Nuhela Seidu is a partner for Sory @ Law and practices as a barrister. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon.  Subsequently attaining a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Ghana, she proceeded to the Ghana School of Law. Upon earning her BL qualification, she was called to the Ghana Bar. Nuhela also holds a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) from the University of California, Berkeley. She was also awarded certificates of specialization in Business law and Intellectual Property Law and a master’s degree in marketing strategy from the University of Ghana Business School.  

Besides her involvement in civil and criminal litigation, Nuhela advises, drafts, and oversees local and international transactions. She is an arbitration practitioner who holds an arbitration practitioner certificate from the Swiss Arbitration Academy. She is an Alumnus of the United States (State Department) Young African Leadership Program and was 2017 awarded “Inspiring female youth” by the National Youth Authority (Upper West Region).

Nuhela has more than ten years of media experience in both Radio and Television. She hosts “Law Express,” a social service program on National Television that sensitizes viewers on their rights and obligations within the law.
